Ideas after some study of the legs
This is a merge of an eagle and human foot. As you can see there are 4 toes and one hind talon.
Head and arm design. I quite like the arm idea, think i'll scrap the head though.
This was a quick 5 min sketch of something more mid stage of transformation (60% eagle)
Another quick one. Id say this was about 80-85% eagle.
